Flint Creek Hunting Camp is in Russell County, Alabama.  We are located in the east central part of the state thirty miles south of Columbus, Georgia, and twenty miles north of Eufaula, Alabama, within several hundred yards of the beautiful Chattahoochee River.

We offer bowhunting only on 5,000 acres of privately owned prime hunting land.  Having the country’s second largest deer population, Alabama is a bowhunter’s dream.  Combining game populations, an extended rut, trophy management, limited hunting pressure and archery only makes Flint Creek a bowhunter’s paradise.

While staying with us at Flint Creek Hunting Camp you will have the opportunity to hunt a very diverse landscape.  Flint Creek offers green fields, white oak bottoms, red oak and water oak flats, rolling hills and hollows and sweet gum swamps filled with honey-suckle.  All of which offer some of the best bowhunting one could ever dream of.

Flint Creek’s guests can choose a three or four day hunt for plenty of opportunities to bag that trophy buck.

Guests have three hunts from which to choose:

Hunt A

This 2000-acre tract has been under management and "bow-only" since 1990.  While hunting this tract you will be limited to bucks with a minimum of a 12-inch spread and 8 points.  Does are also permitted.

Hunt B

This 2200-acre tract has been under trophy management since 1990.  This tract receives both gun and bow pressure.  While hunting this tract you will be limited to bucks with a minimum of a 16-inch spread and 8 points. Does are also permitted.

Hunt C

We also have an 800-acre tract which receives both gun and bow pressure.  Here you are free to hunt without size restrictions.  We only ask that you do not kill button bucks.

There will be a $100.00 fine for bucks not meeting these requirements and a $50.00 fine for a button buck.

When booking your hunt please let us know which option you prefer.  This will allow us ample time to have your stands ready.   You are permitted to switch options during your stay.  Flint Creek provides both lock-on and ladder stands.  You are free to bring your own climbing stand if you prefer.
